Voice over IP (VoIP) - Get Started

Here are some links to help you get started using your new phone.

To configure call forwarding:

  1. Log in to https://myphone.colostate.edu with your ename and epassword.
  2. Click on the 'Call Forwarding' Tab at the top.
  3. Click the 'Add Number' on the upper right.
  4. Change the drop down that has 'If no response' to 'At the same time'.
  5. Enter your phone number in the forward to box, 8 + phone number (local numbers only, no dashes).
    i.e. 85551212
  6. Make sure the 'ring for' time is set to 20 seconds so the call will end up in your CSU voice mailbox.
